Jonah Eromon is an impact-filled Service Delivery strategist and Certified Corporate Coach. As a Service Delivery strategist/Coach, he has helped numerous organizations redefine their service strategy for competitive edge, customer retention and satisfaction over time. In his Human Capital Management pursuits, Jonah has carved a passion-driven niche in HR Learning & Development facilitation as a Trainer par excellence with an orientation to grow and develop human capital with effective and efficient management skills.
He is a professionally certified by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Academy, USA, the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITD) and a graduate of Business School Netherlands.
Jonah’s extensive experience spanning over fifteen (15) years has positively influenced the Health Care, Telecoms, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Security, and Risk Management sectors. After spending six (6) years in Customer Care Management, Jonah advanced to become a Customer Care Training specialist at a leading telecommunication organisation in Nigeria. As a former Learning and Development Manager for CWAY Group, he also served as a Volunteer Facilitator and mentor with LEAP Africa (2013 Youth Development Training Programme, YDTP), Tony Elumelu Foundation, THINKING SCHOOL AFRICA Programme, and is currently a volunteer facilitator for FATE Foundation—each of which are non-governmental organisations. In his role as a Mentor at the Tony Elumelu Foundation, he facilitated numerous start-up companies in developing their businesses, enhancing their operational effectiveness, and attracting notable market attention. One such start-up that has gained prominence through his support is Norak Technologies, a software development company that owns a proprietary school management system application called Acadasuite.
His professional endeavours in the industry span diverse areas such as Service Delivery Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Customer Care Operations, Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015, 45000, 18788), Auditing and Compliance, Quality Assurance, Learning and Development, Strategic Leadership, and broad-based Human Capital Management with a focus on HR Learning and Development (Training). As a dedicated consultant, Jonah has, over time, trained personnel from numerous high-net-worth organisations in ‘‘Balance Score Card’’ (Oak Interlink), ‘‘Goal Setting’’ (PWAN Homes), ‘‘Communication and Presentation Skills’’ (PWAN Homes), and ‘‘Service Delivery Strategy’’ (Norak Technologies, Petrocam, Gennex Technologies, Gemace Gold, amongst others). He is the African Business Director for MSS Global, a UKAS-accredited organisation.
